Returns

Is the item not what you expected? You can easily return it. Just send an email to: info@moondogceramics.nl within 7 days of receiving.

You can return the goods within 14 days in its original state and original sturdy packaging. As soon as the package is returned to me, I will inspect it and if all is well I will refund the costs within 7 business days.

The shipping costs of returning the item must be paid by the customer.
