Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. 

Domestic orders usually take 1 or 2 days to arrive after shipping.

International orders may take up to 20 business days (or longer, depending on the circumstances)

I know this is a lot. If you would like, you can also pick the item up in Haaksbergen, to do this, let me know before you place an order. 

If you haven't received your item(s) within 30 workdays, please contact me and your local post office. This happens very rarely, but when something is broken or missing, contact me, I will deal with these on a case by case basis. 

Please be aware that you may have to pay tax or customs charges when you order from abroad.
